Our physical therapists examine and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular problems that affect a child’s ability to move and function in efficient and variable ways. Treatment sessions may include the promotion of balance, bilateral coordination, gait and other developmental activities using toys and equipment appropriate for each child. Our PT’s are also able to address the use of orthotic and other assistive devices such as gait trainers and wheelchairs in order to best promote participation within the child’s community.
